    Follow-up Program

    Care home provides regular counseling to persons with HIV AIDS at their homes from May 1998 onwards. During the family visits special attention is given to counsel the family members as well as demonstrate to them how to take care of their infected ones. Care Home Team visits the family of the patients at least once in two months.

Who We Are

C A R E Home (Counseling, Awareness, Rehabilitation and Education) Home for persons Living with HIV/AIDS CARE Home is a charitable organization working for the support of people living with HIV/AIDS. The activities of CARE Home began in May 1998. As a charitable society it was officially registered under the Registrar of Societies in 2000.
